Shipping Policy

Grace of God Organic Karnal delivers live plants, bulbs, saplings and seeds all over India. Plants are perishable, so we take special care while packing and dispatching.

Shipping charges

• Courier charges are calculated from your order and shown clearly in your cart before you pay.
• Plants are sent by Blue Dart Air at ₹200 per plant. Bulbs, saplings and seeds use the slab shown in the cart.
• Shipping charges are non refundable once the order has been dispatched.
• For very big orders we may offer cheaper transport and will tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Processing and dispatch

• Orders are packed and dispatched after the payment is confirmed, usually within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 days after dispatch. Weather and courier operations can cause delays.
• You get the tracking details on WhatsApp once the parcel is handed to the courier.
• If the courier cannot deliver to your pincode, we tell you on WhatsApp and refund the full amount.

Delivery problems

If an order is not delivered, we check with the courier. Depending on the outcome we reship the order or refund the eligible product amount.

Plants damaged in transit

If a plant arrives damaged or dead, record an unboxing video:

• Recorded at the time of delivery, before the parcel is fully opened
• Continuous and unedited from start to finish
• Clearly shows the outer packaging, the opening, and the condition of every plant

Report it on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. After checking the video we replace the plant or refund its cost. You do not need to send anything back.

Not covered

• Damage claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
• Non germination, non flowering or growth issues raised after 7 days of delivery
• Natural variation in flower colour, leaf pattern or variety characteristics
• Problems caused by growing conditions, weather or care after delivery
